I feel like pitching a fit over a job I didn't get today.

Why can't some potential employers say they just didn't want me? I got a letter today turning me down for a job in Connecticut today. Their reason was that they "didn't think [I'm] sufficiently well qualified."

When I read that I actually felt like getting on the phone and asking them if they'd actually read my application. They wanted someone to help manage their high schools in their central Department of Education. I've a flipping (want to say something stronger but I won't) doctorate and two masters degrees in high school management, so explain to me how I could've been more qualified.

Gosh darn I'm irritated.
