I went to see "Pan's Labyrinth"

I went to see Pan's Labyrinth today. It's about a child who's experienced considerable "discomfort" as she watches the Spanish Civil War evolves around her and who may or may not retreat into an imaginary fairy tale world full of disgusting creature that really should be "pretty" and make you want to go "Ahhh" (rather than "Oh my God it's hideous").

Throughout the film you're wondering how much the child is imagining, and how much is real (at least I was), so all in all it was a strange film. That having been said I enjoyed it, despite the fact it's in Spanish (and I'm not the quickest reader of subtitles).
