I went to see the Ron Mueck display at the Museum of Modern Art. It was very strange display. Mueck makes statues of regular looking people (i.e. warts and all) out of fiberglass. Some are very realistic looking, others are less convincing, but the time taken to make them (especially the larger pieces) was considerable.

I enjoyed it but it's not something you can take your kids too. The statues are a little to realistic for that shall we say.
