It's set in the 1960s and early 1970s (so we get to see some cracking clothes, food and cars), and isn't a bad film but it's over 2.5hrs long and so drags a little in places. Part of me suspects that if it'd been cut by 10 or 15 minutes, it'd've been a really good film.
