I went to see "88 Minutes" today.

I went to see the Al Pacino movie "88 Minutes" today. In this film Al Pacino plays a forensic psychologist (someone who works out what happened in a crime by examining the psychology of the suspect and the crime scene) who receives a phone call he has 88 minutes to live (a period of time which is explained part way through the film). He then has sets about trying to work out who's after him.

It's not a bad film. It's not particularly deep and meaningful and we've seen this sort of thing a number of times before, but it's acted well enough to make me inclined to forget the predictability of it all. That having been said, it's got some terrible reviews, which makes me suspect that some reviewers were less forgiving!
